Courses to Enhance your Emotional Intelligence

Who would attend these courses?

These courses are ideal for people who have already completed the 2 day Compact EI or the  4 Day OCN accredtied Training. They are also suitable for people who work with children and young people therapeutically and wish to include more creative ways of working.

They are residential, where is the training venue?

These courses are residential running from 4pm Friday through to 4pm Sunday. They can be held at a stunning location in Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Food and accomodation is included in the price per person when run in Pembrokeshire costing £150 per person. (numbers limited to 14 people)

OR

They can be run at a suitable venue near you. The cost will depend on accomodation and food options.

We all experience issues of low self worth and self esteem at some time or other…If only we had ways to stop this from taking root in our lives. This course will give all professionals who work with children and young people tools on how to assist in establishing a strong sense of self value which then, of course, filters through to valuing others and valuing the world we live in.

Emergence of True Power

This course is for helping professionals who work with children and young people who misuse their power and for children and young people who give their power away. This course will get to grips with underlying motivations, current neurology and ways to assist them to understand the numerous facets of power and how this can be used for empowerment rather than power over/under.

Separation and Belonging

This course will serve in helping children and young people who are isolated, lonely, shutdown and withdrawn. Professionals attending this course will gain a thorough understanding of what happens neurologically, as well as experiencing a plethora of creative ways to facilitate the shift to developing a sense of belonging.

Death and Rebirth

Well over half of young offenders in the UK were found to have experienced some kind of significant loss in their lives whether through death, cessation of contact or separation (Boswell 1994). These life altering occasions can have devastating consequences if left unprocessed. This training will provide professionals with real tools, real understanding and real skills which will serve you for the rest of your life both personally and professionally.
